All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. By supplying your email address, you are agreeing to receive Southwest Cruises marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time by following the directions at the bottom of each email. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer or mobile device.* Entries must be received by July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be eligible. Entries limited to one (1) per person. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. You must supply an accurate, functioning email address, for which you are the authorized user, for your entry to be eligible and to be notified. "Authorized user" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet mail provider, Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.


No mechanically, or electronically reproduced entries accepted. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any attempt by any person found to enter or in any way attempt to obtain more than the authorized number of entries will be found to be ineligible, and their entries will be disqualified all as determined by the Administrator and/or Sponsor in their sole discretion. Any eligible individual participating in this Sweepstakes shall be a “Participant.” Participation must be by the Participant. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email/Rapid Rewards account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Participant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized email/Rapid Rewards account holder. If the identity of the individual who actually participated in the Sweepstakes cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected individual’s entry will be deemed ineligible. Participants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

Random Drawing: Drawing One (1) Grand and five (5) First Prize potential winners will be chosen in random drawings approximately 30 days after Sweepstakes-End from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified within five (5) days after the selection is made by email. It is an entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email address current and to monitor it. It is a potential winner's responsibility to respond to an email message notification within three (3) business days of date on email notification with all requested information. All timely respondents will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release which they will be required to execute, including providing a valid Rapid Rewards^® account number, and return via fax or scan within three (3) business days of date on email notification. Failure to return either document within the time indicated will indicate definitively that the prize has been declined for all time and without further notice another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email or phone account to receive email messages.

Prizes: Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: (1) Grand Prize: 500,000 Rapid Rewards^® points, subject to the Rapid Rewards terms and restrictions, will be awarded to the winner's verified Rapid Rewards^® account. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 cruise voucher good at southwestcruises.com valid for cruise travel for two (2) on Carnival^® Cruise Lines. Cruise travel must terminate on December 30, 2026. The cruise prize is awarded “as is” and is subject to cabin availability, blackout dates and the Terms & Conditions of the cruise line and includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, onboard meals, some beverages and most entertainment aboard the ship. Winner will be responsible for all other expenditures over the $5,000 limit including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/arrival port, all transfers, non-standard meals, alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, telephone/ Wi-Fi, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance. Winner must book travel through the Southwest Cruises program who will contact the winner. Grand Prize cruise voucher travel must be completed by December 30, 2026 or components that are not used/completed by that date will be forfeited. ARV: $15,000. Odds of winning any prize: Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Should the actual value of any prize be less than the ARV stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or kind. Conditions: Payments of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full social security number or the equivalent. Failure to submit a Form W-9 upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS in the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, and force majeure including sickness and epidemics. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award any applicable prize(s) from the entries submitted before the cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Official Rules, including the substitution of a prize of greater or comparable value, which will become effective upon announcement. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in Participant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize. In the event a prize is mailed or emailed to a winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. Sponsor is not responsible if potential winner does not receive his/her prize because erroneous, expired, canceled, fraudulent, or fake information was provided during the Sweepstakes. Only the prize(s) set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Should a greater number of prize claims be received because of printing, emailing, phoning, messaging, programming errors or for any reason whatsoever, only the prizes and the values stated in these Official Rules will be awarded in random drawings. Sponsor is not liable to a winner or to any other person for failure to supply the prizes described herein (or any part thereof) by reason of such prizes (or any portion thereof) becoming unavailable or impracticable to award for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, or for any force majeure event including sickness, technical or equipment failure, terrorist acts, labor dispute, pandemic, or act/omission of any kind (whether legal or illegal), transportation interruption, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. Participation in any prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the Sponsor, including but not limited to the wearing of masks or face coverings.

Indemnification; Limitation of Liability: Neither sponsor, administrator, nor their subsidiaries and affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.
Sponsor and administrator are not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misbelieved, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from entering or claiming a prize. This sweepstakes offer is being made exclusively by the sponsor. Sponsor and administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission whether caused by sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Neither sponsor and administrator, nor their subsidiaries and affiliated entities are responsible for any damages or injury incurred by winner and guests as a result of winning.

By entering, participants agree to release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify each of the sweepstakes entities, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes (collectively, the “released parties”) against any and all liability, damages, or causes or action (however named or described), related to or arising out of (i) the sweepstakes, (ii) participant’s participation in the sweepstakes, and (iii) the receipt or use or misuse of the prize(s) awarded herein and travel redeemed therewith. Possible claims or causes of action include, but are not limited to, infringement of any right of publicity or intellectual property; threatened or actual injury, loss, or damage to any person, including death and disability and exposure, infection and/or spread of disease including covid-19; defamation or portrayal in a false light (intentional and unintentional); and damage to or loss of property, arising out of such participant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. In no event will the released parties be responsible for or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this sweepstakes.

If for any reason a Participant's entry is confirmed to have been voided or corrupted by any grossly negligent act of the Sponsor, Participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, subject to availability and provided that the Sweepstakes has not then expired.

Construction and Disputes: Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision of the Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes any and/or all entries from entrants residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to any Sweepstakes entrants. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Taxes: Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor at Sweepstakes-Start. The value of the prizes will be taxable to winners as income. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. All winners will have income reported to them on a 2025 IRS Form #1099 and a copy of said form will be sent to the IRS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrant agrees and acknowledges that any and all disputes, claims, action and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of group or class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Middlesex County, Massachusetts without regard for conflicts of law doctrine. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right of change of venue, forum non conveniens, or the like. Entrant also does hereby waive the right to a trial by jury in any and all disputes, claims, actions, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental, multiplied or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' or experts’ costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation, or exclusion, of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Each Participant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the prize described above provided by Southwest or the use thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute for gift cards provided by southwest or the use thereof shall be in the federal or state courts located in dallas county, texas.

Privacy: By entering this Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to Sponsor’s manner of collection, use, retention, and disclosure of Participant’s personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, all names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and birth dates obtained from or provided by Participants.
